Company: South Florida's Window & Door Specialist selling High Impact Hurricane Windows and Doors. The leader in providing quality products needed to make homes beautiful, safe, and energy efficient. Servicing Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, providing windows, doors, and roofing.
Position: Regional Director of Canvassing – We are hiring an experienced Regional Director of Canvassing to lead and grow a large door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides .
Compensation:
• $150K–$250Kannual earning potential
Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers
• Lead team meetings and field coaching
• Plan neighborhoods, routes, and daily activity
• Track production and help the team improve results
Requirements:
• Proven canvassing management experience required
