Home2 Suites Traverse City is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out promptly, assist with pre-registration, and help block reservations when needed. You will ensure accurate posting of charges and maintain a working knowledge of the front office system. This role requires cash handling accuracy, effective communication, and teamwork to deliver great guest experiences.
