About the Role

As a Marine Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our marine service team. Your role will involve guiding customers through the service process, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Whether it’s scheduling maintenance, advising on repairs, or offering expert insights, you’ll be instrumental in delivering the dependable, high-quality service Keowee Marina is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking marine service and repair.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.
• Provide expert advice on boat maintenance, repairs, and related services.
• Communicate clearly with customers about service recommendations, timelines, and costs.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless execution of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions.
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and follow-up.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the marine, watersports, or a related field is required. Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but we’re open to candidates with transferable skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with boat maintenance, repair processes, and marine equipment is a must.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focus: A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
