Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and take orders with accuracy. Menu Knowledge: Provide menu recommendations and upsell food and beverages to enhance guest experiences. Food Delivery: Deliver food and drinks promptly while checking on guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Transaction Handling: Handle transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized section to ensure a tidy dining environment. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
