Title: Facilities Technician III
Location: Menlo Park, CA 94025
Duration:12+ Months contract
Pay rate: $39.35/hr
Shift: 2nd shift - 01:30 Pm - 10 :00PM

Description:

• This position is Non-Exempt.
• Weekly hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
• After Training Position will be second shift.
• Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing); move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties.
• Familiar working in a GMP environment. GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standards
• Candidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment
• Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room
• Needs experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems
• Available to be on call, paid 2 hrs Day
• Management of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors
• 1-2 years exp in a GMP environment.
• Business facilities environment
