Position Overview A thriving private practice in the heart of western Idaho is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Upper Extremity surgeon to join their team of 6 surgeons and 6 advanced practice providers. With plans for a brand new surgery center, this regionally recognized group is looking for a long‑term partner. Candidates with a specific interest in shoulder work are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities & Schedule Schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, and a 5th day to use at your discretion as needed. General orthopedics call of 1:6 via local Level 3 Trauma facility. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + wRVU in year 1. Partnership track of 1–2 years for additional income opportunities. Sign‑on bonus of $25,000–$50,000 and $15,000 relocation stipend.
