They are seeking a Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist to join the team. This role is fully remote and requires a schedule based on Pacific Time . Who You Are A legal recruiting professional with 4+ years of corporate and agency experience in placing attorneys — ideally, partners Comfortable navigating high-volume, fast-paced workloads with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset Skilled at building trust with senior leadership and managing sensitive, high-stakes recruiting processes Experienced with software such as Zoom/Teams, and Applicant Tracking Systems such as LawCruit Passionate about your work and energized by helping top talent find the right fit What You’ll Do Serve as a key player in the firm’s strategic growth by managing the full lifecycle of lateral partner recruiting Collaborate closely with a national team, including leadership and specialists, to ensure a seamless and high-touch candidate experience Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights and updates throughout the recruiting process Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all candidate and agency interactions Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help shape the future of legal recruiting at the firm Flex your organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision What Success Looks Like You consistently deliver a smooth, efficient recruiting experience that reflects the firm’s values and culture You help the team meet or exceed hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality You build strong relationships with internal leaders and external candidates, earning a reputation for reliability and discretion You demonstrate flexibility and commitment by stepping up during peak periods and contributing beyond your core responsibilities You are a go-to resource for partner recruiting strategy and execution within the team Salary Range $75,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience Gainor is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
