Senior Project Coordinator

Catalent seeks a Senior Project Coordinator for its Kansas City facility to manage pharmaceutical and biologics projects from initiation through completion. The role involves coordinating timelines, documenting meetings, tracking materials and inventory, and supporting project managers and clients to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from award to completion, generating and monitoring planning timelines
• Attend and document internal and client meetings, teleconferences, and audits
• Receive, monitor, and manage client-supplied materials, drugs, and components
• Manage inventory reporting and track client inventory per project requirements
• Investigate disputed invoices and manage invoice queries for timely resolution

Requirements

• High school diploma plus five years customer service experience, or associate degree plus two years experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year related customer service or business experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Professional Project Management qualification preferred
• Project management experience and client-facing experience preferred
