A thriving, physician-partnered ambulatory surgery center in Southern Arizona is looking for its next Administrator, and this is a leadership seat with real impact. This is a pure gastroenterology center performing 850-1,000 procedures a month across 4 treatment rooms , generating roughly $400K in monthly revenue . It's high-volume, efficient, and built for a leader who wants to own the results. The Role You’ll lead the daily operations of the center and serve as the key link between the governing board, medical staff, facility leadership, and a national home office. You’ll have a true seat at the table. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations across administrative, clinical support, and business functions Act as liaison between the Governing Board, physicians, facility leadership, and home office Own regulatory, accreditation, quality, and safety compliance Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets Monitor financial performance and get ahead of operational risks Build and lead your team, including staffing, performance management, and workforce planning Strengthen physician relationships and oversee credentialing and medical staff coordination Manage vendor, service, and physician contracts Drive quality improvement, infection control, and patient experience initiatives Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement What You Bring Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience, or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure 2-5+ years of relevant experience A hands‑on, collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of accountability What’s In It for You Base salary up to $170,000 Competitive annual and quarterly bonus opportunities Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA, and FSA Relocation assistance possible for the ideal candidate Stability and resources of a national healthcare organization, with the autonomy of running your own center Why Southern Arizona?
