Haymond Law Firm is growing and seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our Hartford team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking for a long-term career with a respected personal injury firm that values compassion, teamwork, and professional growth.

In this role, you will manage a busy caseload of 50-75 matters, build strong relationships with clients, coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies, and play an instrumental role in helping clients pursue the compensation they deserve. You'll work closely with experienced attorneys in a supportive environment where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged.

What You'll Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury paralegal or legal experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• A client-first mindset and genuine commitment to providing exceptional service
• Ability to work onsite in our Hartford office, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35-hour workweek)
