Tax Director, PE Funds — Founding Role with Carried Interest (Boston)

Kovoro, a Boston-based private equity firm, is building an internal tax function to accelerate value at portfolio companies. The Tax Director will own fund-level partnership tax compliance, oversee K-1 preparation, and manage blocker and UBTI considerations for tax-exempt and foreign investors.
At the portfolio level you will advise on acquisition structuring, 338(h)(10) and 336(e) elections, and exit planning, working directly with the CFO and GC and engaging portfolio CEOs and CFOs as needed.
