What You'll Champion:

• Hiring to maintain adequate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) staffing to support ED holds, ED Observation (EDOP) patients, and triage/transfer responsibilities.

• 7-on / 7-off rotation (Thursday-Wednesday) with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.), including coverage of any holidays that fall within the scheduled rotation.

• Provide comprehensive inpatient floor coverage, including bedside patient evaluations, assistance with code responses, medication management, and clinical support across all inpatient units (excluding the ICU).

• Join a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment, averaging 300 patients per day, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.

• Required qualifications: Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience in acute or inpatient care.
