OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, client-focused Licensed Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in relationship-building, enjoy consultative selling, and are driven by uncapped income potential within a structured, system-supported platform.
What You’ll Do- Generate new business
- Conduct needs assessments to identify clients’ financial protection goals
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews
- Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance using a digital platform
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity inCRM and AI-based systems
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales
- Active insurance license
- Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated , goal-oriented, competitive mindset
- Ability to build trust and explain financial products in simple terms
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required (structured training provided)
