Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alhambra, CA, for a Marketing Event Coordinator. The Marketing Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with A-Sha Foods’ marketing goals. Key tasks include coordinating logistics, collaborating with vendors, managing event budgets, communicating with stakeholders, and providing on-site support during events. The role will also involve fostering customer engagement and ensuring memorable experiences for attendees. Qualifications Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, including the ability to oversee logistics, timelines, and budgets effectively Strong skills in Event Marketing and Communication to promote events and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Customer Service skills to ensure positive interactions and experiences for event attendees Detail-oriented mindset and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines Flexibility to work on-site, including occasional evenings and weekends as required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred Prior experience in marketing or events coordination is a plus This is a Full-time, in-office position.
