Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.If you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.What You'll DoSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceExecute laboratory and field measurement/testing of foreign EO/IR and RF missile systems/materials using specialized instruments, automated data acquisition, calibration, and test setups.What You BringActive minimum TS clearenceExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience with RF/EO-IR testing; instrumentation; calibration; laboratory T data acquisition; test documentationMinimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's related to the labor categoryPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting MSIC and DIA programsAgile, cloud, or modernization experienceBackground in process improvement or analytical servicesStrong knowledge of Radar cross section; foreign materiel exploitation; field testing; automated instrumentationCompensation & BenefitsAt Weeghman & Briggs, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
