Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Bilingual - Spanish required
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year
