Records Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Records Assistant to help maintain and manage digital records from a home-based workspace. In this role, you will organise files, update records, and ensure information is accurate and easy to retrieve. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Organise and maintain electronic records and files. Enter, update, and verify information in company databases. Scan, upload, and file digital documents. Review records for accuracy and completeness. Retrieve and share documents as requested by team members. Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
