Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths and challenges, ensuring effective treatment planning.
• Develop individualized intervention strategies tailored to the unique needs of students and their families.
• Provide direct therapeutic services through virtual sessions, addressing an array of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Facilitate support groups and workshops aimed at enhancing coping skills and promoting mental health awareness.
• Document client progress and maintain confidential records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, psychologists, and community resources, to deliver holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and social adjustment. Engaging with students in a remote educational environment, you will implement programs that not only address individual concerns but also improve the collective school climate. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
• Robust expertise in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with children or adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits
