Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a 100-percent turnover to the Finance department.Work with Sales Managers to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.Accurately desks deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals.Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers dealsEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsQualifications:Minimum of two years of dealership experienceKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresProfessional personal appearance and excellent communication skillsStrong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBasic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiencyExcellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsMust possess the ability to close a dealValid driver's licenseWe offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, voluntary life insurance, employee assistance program, employee discounts, and paid vacation and holidays.
