Our Regional Office out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa is home to one of our fastest growing and successful teams in the organization. Our nationally-recognized products help protect our clients from the financial devastation that comes when unexpected health events occur. There is an overwhelming and increasing need for our products throughout the midwest. We are aggressively expanding and are specifically looking to bring on 1 to 2 key sales leaders in our target markets across Iowa, Wisconsin, and Western Illinois.

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Outside Sales Representative & Field Director position offers an accelerated promotion opportunity through our Career Track progression to Agency-Owner. Our primary objective is to jumpstart the success of your career. Your first weeks/months you will be trained extensively to model the proper foundation of our top sales leaders. Your role is to first establish your business through personal sales using our gold-standard system and methods. As a Field Manager we will develop and compensate you as a qualified sales-trainer, while assisting in the growth of your team. You will grow your client base, teach others to do the same, and advance within the company as you build and develop your organization.
**NOTE: Those that have past sales or sales training experience may fast-track through this progression.**
