What You’ll Do

• Use company-generated leads and develop new opportunities via referrals, neighborhood marketing & field outreach.

• Conduct roof and siding inspections in Kirkwood neighborhoods for storm damage or retail upgrades.

• Prepare and deliver professional estimates and guide homeowners through material, warranty and replacement/repair decisions.

• Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure full scope of damage is covered and work is approved.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Kirkwood homeowners and referral partners.

• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events (Chamber of Commerce, real-estate gatherings, trade groups).

• Partner with real estate agents, insurance professionals and other home-service trades to create ongoing referral pipelines.

• Collect 5-star Google reviews from clients and partners; follow up with open leads at least twice a week.

• Assist homeowners with design choices (colors, siding options) and finalize contracts accurately.

• Attend weekly sales strategy meetings with the Kirkwood team.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in roofing, construction, restoration or home improvement.

• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.

• Comfortable explaining insurance claim processes and working with adjusters.

• Willing and physically able to climb and inspect roofs and property exteriors.

• Highly motivated, organized, results-driven and professionally presentable.

• A team player with integrity who can grow within a community-focused company.

Performance Goals

• Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.

• Maintain a 35% or higher closing ratio.

• Balance company-provided leads with self-generated leads (50/50 split).

• Establish 10 or more new referral partnerships per month.

• Ensure company profitability by selling within proper margin parameters and ethical guidelines.
