Requirements
Client: IsoTalent. Role company: Zeal Credit Union. Vice President of Lending. Location: Livonia, MI, in-office, full-time. Reports to Shastri Siravuri, Chief Experience Officer. Base salary: $130K, with flexibility up to about $140K for an exceptional candidate; $160K+ is not available. Bonus discretionary. Start date: ASAP.
Zeal Credit Union is a $1B+ asset, member-owned financial institution serving Metro Detroit and Michigan's Upper Peninsula across 17 full-service locations. The VP of Lending is the senior leader over commercial, mortgage, and consumer lending, accountable for team performance, compliance, volume targets, member experience, and lending roadmap execution. Zeal has completed two Upper Peninsula bank acquisitions, creating future growth potential for the lending function.

Discretionary bonus potential, health/dental/vision, full benefits package, 3% 401(k) match plus 8% profit-sharing contribution for up to 11% employer contribution subject to vesting, and meaningful growth potential as Zeal integrates acquired lending teams.
