Mass Tort Division Paralegal

• West Palm Beach, Florida
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• In-Office
• Starting at $85,000+ (DOE) + Discretionary Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Support attorneys in complex mass tort litigation from intake through resolution
• Manage high-volume case files with precision and urgency
• Maintain and organize medical records, discovery, pleadings, and deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients, co-counsel, and vendors
• Laser-focus on tasks and projects that directly enhance case results for our clients

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Mass Tort Paralegal
• College degree required
• Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• The ability—and DESIRE—to fully focus on meaningful, client-driven work
• A true team player who contributes positively to firm culture
• Someone who believes this work matters and shows it every day
