Responsibilities Leads and supports the daily administrative, payroll, and financial activities within the Finance and Accounting Team. Supports the timely and accurate processing accounts payable, daily deposits, reconciliation of daily deposits, researching issues related to banking, deposits, confirming contribution payment transactions, preparation of journal entries, assisting with month and year-end financial closes, bank and systems reconciliation, and special projects. Maintains accurate financial records and supports the day-to-day accuracy, integrity, safeguarding, and efficiency of the Fund’s accounting and finance activities. Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly input and reconciliation of revenue payments into the core eligibility system. Maintains and reviews accounting, payroll, and financial systems, including core eligibility systems, related procedures, and operational controls. Public - Required Skills 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, payroll, or bookkeeping Experience with creating, managing, and auditing efficient document-filing systems and recordkeeping.
