About Our Client

Job Description

Oversee and manage all aspects of light industrial construction projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all project sites.
Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and ensuring quality workmanship.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet defined objectives.
Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent - Light Industrial should have:

Proven experience managing light industrial construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel frequently and work at various project sites as needed.
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
