Onsite Project Manager - General Contractor

One of Alabama's most respected GC's is seeking a Field Project Manager.
Manage Operational portion of large, industrial projects across AL and GA

Our client is a smaller organization specializing in providing high-quality services within the Construction industry. Known for their personable approach and management style, this GC has remained a leader with regards to employee retention and overall satisfaction across the board.

With two offices in Alabama and Georgia, about 20 employees, and projects spanning the Commercial, Automotive, and Manufacturing industries, this company is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a personable atmosphere with exciting work.

Job Description

Manage ground-up commercial projects ($20M - $50M)
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and execution
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality delivery
Maintain strong client relationships throughout lifecycle
Support preconstruction through closeout phases
Report to jobsites across the Southeast on a full-time basis with regular trips home

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of Project Management experience
Track record of delivering ground-up builds
Experience with tilt-wall industrial projects is a major advantage
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Excellent documentation skills
Ability to manage budgets and financial responsibilities
Desire to find a career, not a one-off job
