CNC Machinist

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines including bender, punch and laser.
- Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Perform precision measurement in machining operations to verify dimensions and ensure conformance to specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating and setting up CNC machines.
- Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and schematics with a focus on geometric tolerances (GD&T).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes including lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
