Lead a High-Performing Sales Team Cavalier Mazda is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales performance, coach and develop Product Specialists, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You Will Do Lead showroom operations, structure deals, appraise trades, support customer interactions, coach sales staff, ensure CRM accountability, and partner with Finance to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. Qualifications 3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience, strong closing and desking skills, CRM proficiency, leadership ability, and a valid driver license. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the sales process.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with automotive sales is a plus.
