As our company continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can help drive that growth. The Opportunity We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can make an immediate impact. This is a performance-driven role for someone who knows how to create opportunities, develop referral relationships, and bring in new business. Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities throughout the New Jersey real estate market Build referral relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, brokers, and other industry professionals Prospect new clients through networking, meetings, events, and outreach Manage your own territory and sales pipeline Represent First Bergen Title Agency professionally Work closely with operations to deliver an exceptional client experience Qualifications Ability to generate business Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Self-motivated Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Willingness to travel independently (within in the state of New Jersey) Social media marketing experience is a plus Uncapped commission: In addition to base compensation, the successful candidate will earn a 10% commission on title insurance premiums generated from new business they originate and bring to the company. Commission is paid on qualifying title premium revenue resulting from the candidate's business development efforts.
