In this role you’ll get to:* Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).* Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.* Create and Document SOPs .* Responsible for tracking and reporting Supply Chain Customer Compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.**The Person:**You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
