This role includes a strong hourly base with additional earning potential for electricians who run complete service calls well. The highest earners here are strong diagnosticians, clear communicators, and clean executors. They don’t just complete tasks. They identify the full scope, explain it clearly to the homeowner, and follow the work through professionally. This role is for electricians who want more than a basic hourly seat.
