Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of repair tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers.
• Ability to perform delicate, component-level repairs on mobile devices.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, troubleshoot, and determine effective solutions.
• Dexterity and attention to detail for handling small components carefully.
• Willingness to learn; experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Understanding of mobile device hardware components (circuit boards, displays) is advantageous.
• Ability to lift and handle items weighing up to 20 lbs.
