CoWorx is seeking Machine Operator (1st Shift) in the Attleboro, MA. Schedule: 7 AM 3:30 PM Monday through Friday Start your career in precision manufacturing! We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll work with precision equipment to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery used in the production of high-precision parts.
• Load and unload materials and monitor machine performance.
• Adjust equipment to maintain product quality, size, and finish.
• Perform in-process inspections using gauges and measuring tools.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Wash and package finished part as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• 1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with metals or precious metals.
• Experience using measuring tools and gauges.
