The role will have significant exposure to senior management, as they prepare for external engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will support internal IR needs such as shareholder engagement and monitoring; financial and data analysis; earnings and presentation preparation; external conferences and meetings.Be a key supporter of the earnings process including presentations, prepared remarks, and Q&A.Collaborate with Strategy and Business Units to understand financial performance and strategic initiatives.Align with Finance, Communications and Legal teams on all processes for external materials.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, FP&A, equity research, investment banking, and/or corporate developmentPreferred QualificationsHighly motivated, collaborative and proactive to respond to management's needsFinance degree or MBA, with sell-side research or buy-side experienceKnowledge of Carrier Business UnitsExpert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)Excellent written and communication skillsHighly organized, efficient, and able to manage competing demandsPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
