Head of Investor Relations, Growth Strategy
Meta is looking for a Head of Investor Relations to lead their engagement with the investment community. This role involves shaping the company’s financial narrative and advising executive leadership on investor sentiment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and strong communication skills, making complex financial concepts accessible to various audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute the investor relations strategy.
- Communicate the company’s financial performance and strategy to investors.
- Build relationships with institutional investors and analysts.
- Lead quarterly earnings preparation and investor presentations.
- Monitor market dynamics and investor sentiment.
- Advise senior leaders on external messaging and engagement.
What You Need
- 12+ years of experience in Investor Relations or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- Strong understanding of public company reporting and capital markets.
- Experience presenting to senior executives and engaging with investors.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a large public technology company is a plus.
