Join us as we continue to power the industry that powers the world.NOV Rig Technologies makes and supports the world's most advanced drilling solutions.Primary ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, customers, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner.Receive, inspect, and accurately document inbound shipments using WMS, scanners, and LPN tracking systems.Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders in accordance with pick tickets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with packaging standards.Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, etc.) safely and efficiently; perform regular equipment inspections.Store materials in designated locations following system-directed locators and FIFO methodology.Conduct cycle counts, support inventory audits, and maintain accurate electronic and physical inventory records.Load and unload trucks safely, verifying materials against packing slips and purchase orders.Enter and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory and logistics software systems.Assist with will-call orders, customer pickups, and reorganizing warehouse layout to optimize space and workflow.Follow all standard operating procedures and uphold NOV's SPOT ON Inventory Management principles.Adhere strictly to all NOV Company policies, as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and procedures.Maintain a clean & organized work area; utilize safe work habits.Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.Education & Experience QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.General knowledge of warehouse terminology.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning technology.Understanding of inventory control practices, including License Plate Number (LPN) tracking and First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methods.Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld inventory devices.Must be proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and records.Working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Glovia, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.Forklift experience required.Job RequirementsAbility to pass a drug screen & background check.Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.Strong team-oriented mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Able to work well in a team environment as well as self-directed when working independently.Willingness to comply with all safety regulations and procedures.Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties.Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.Factory environment with large range in temperature changes.Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet with proper fall protection equipment.Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing or walking for extended periods.Competitive Benefits401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.Competitive medical plans that cover your entire family (yourself, eligible spouse, and eligible children) as of your first date of hire for as little as $142 per pay period (bi-weekly.)FREE preventative medical and dental care for the entire family (when enrolled in an NOV medical/dental plan and seeing an in-network physician).FREE Basic Life and AD&D insurance (for full-time employees).All regular full-time employees start with 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (prorated based on start date).All regular full-time employees receive up to 11 paid holidays per year.
