Established Law Firm Seeks Talented Trial Attorney - Labor Law Defense
A well-established litigation firm in Rockville Centre, NY is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney with extensive experience defending complex construction accident and personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling New York Labor Law §§ 240(1) and 241(6) cases and be comfortable taking matters through all stages of litigation, including trial.
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar of New York.
- A minimum of 5 year of experience as a defense attorney, specifically within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Labor Law 240 and 241.
- Proven experience in construction defense is ideal
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and standards.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
