Responsibilities for the Facilities Coordinator role include but are not limited to:
· Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and space management
Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure proper functionality
Respond promptly to facility-related requests and incidents
Perform routine facility inspections to identify and address issues proactively
Coordinate service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)
Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements
Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders
Maintain asset inventories (furniture, equipment, critical systems)
Manage office move requests, space allocations, and seating arrangements
Support meeting room setup, office supplies, and workplace readiness
Ensure a clean, organized, and functional work environment
Monitor space efficiency and recommend improvements
Support implementation of health and safety policies and procedures
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Assist with emergency preparedness, drills, and incident reporting
Support environmental initiatives (waste reduction, recycling, energy efficiency)
Maintain facilities records, logs, and documentation
Support audits, certifications, and compliance reviews
Candidates for this Facilities Coordinator role must meet the following requirements to be considered:High School Diploma
5+ years of experience in facilities, office administration, or operations support
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage vendors and prioritize competing requests
Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
