Responsibilities for the Facilities Coordinator role include but are not limited to:

· Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and space management

• Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure proper functionality

• Respond promptly to facility-related requests and incidents

• Perform routine facility inspections to identify and address issues proactively

• Coordinate service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.)

• Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements

• Schedule preventive maintenance and ensure timely completion of work orders

• Maintain asset inventories (furniture, equipment, critical systems)

• Manage office move requests, space allocations, and seating arrangements

• Support meeting room setup, office supplies, and workplace readiness

• Ensure a clean, organized, and functional work environment

• Monitor space efficiency and recommend improvements

• Support implementation of health and safety policies and procedures

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Assist with emergency preparedness, drills, and incident reporting

• Support environmental initiatives (waste reduction, recycling, energy efficiency)

• Maintain facilities records, logs, and documentation

• Support audits, certifications, and compliance reviews

• Candidates for this Facilities Coordinator role must meet the following requirements to be considered:High School Diploma

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, office administration, or operations support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to manage vendors and prioritize competing requests

• Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)

Pay Details: $29.00 per hour
