Overall Responsibility This assembly position is responsible for building, insulating, and testing boilers and related sub‑assembly parts. Candidates should bring a positive attitude, a can‑do spirit, and an ability to learn and complete tasks efficiently, correctly, and in alignment with company values and operating philosophy. Work involves standard prints and high‑volume repetitive tasks. Accountabilities Assemble boilers according to drawings and instructions using complex tools. Connect pipe and pipe fittings. Perform complex testing activities. Follow all safe working practices using hand tools, machines, and vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and interpret complex drawings required for custom work. Good physical stamina. Ability to work independently with minimal instruction. Physical Requirements Heavy Work – Exert up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently; frequent standing and walking. Bending/stooping – Bend body downward and forward by bending the spine at the waist; full motion of the body, lower extremities, and back muscles. Ability to run a sand rammer for extended periods.
