Key Responsibilities: 

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients in the Charlotte market 

- Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive results 

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of service 

- Identify new business opportunities and continuously seek ways to expand your portfolio 

What We’re Looking For: 

- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment 

- Strong communication and negotiation skills 

- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions for client challenges 

- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed 

- Familiarity with the Charlotte business landscape is a plus
