What You’ll Do Run the exam room like you own it — from prep to patient education. Anticipate provider needs and keep procedures flowing smoothly. Spot and solve problems before they slow the team down. Maintain tight control over documentation, supplies, and room readiness. Keep patients informed, comfortable, and confident in their care. What You Bring 1–3+ years medical assisting experience (specialty or high-volume clinic preferred). Proactive communication — you speak up, clarify, and follow through.
