Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through in-depth interviews and psychoeducational tools, ensuring their needs are accurately identified and effectively addressed.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting realistic therapeutic goals and regularly assessing their progress.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' unique needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster peer support and collaboration, focusing on coping strategies and shared experiences.

• Maintain and manage accurate records of client interactions in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and seminars to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
