What we expect from you:

• To be the main point of contact for all staff members in store for all technology related queries
• Help managers with technical part of applications usage (installation, maintenance)
• Organize and implement of all new store device applications and updates (cooperation with IT, staff training)
• Report all device technical issues to respective department and follow up on the status
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (cooperation with IT department)
• Detection and prevention of possible major issues that may affect the business
• Implement and follow up on devices control system (stock inventories, control of devices conditions)
• Supervise the cash desk team (Head Cashier, Assistant Head Cashier, Cashiers)
• Supervise cash desk team schedules to ensure proper functioning of the section and achieving productivity levels
• Manage the recruitment of new register team members
• In collaboration with the Head Cashier and Assistant Head cashier train the store staff (associates, cashiers) on devices functionalities and follow up to ensure that all staff members is fully trained
• Fully train and develop all cashiers (and cross trainers) and follow up their performance
• In collaboration with the Head Cashier and Assistant Head cashier ensure proper training for all new hires

Annual compensation range:$54,600 - $60,400.
