We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide timely, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The RN will assess patients, monitor their conditions, administer treatments, manage pain, and work with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor their conditions.
• Provide nursing interventions and administer prescribed medications.
• Monitor patient pain and reassess after treatment.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly.
• Respond to patient needs and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families about treatment, medications, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of ED RN experience will be considered.
• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Nursing Diploma required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC certification within 1 year of hire.
• ENPC or PALS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work nights and rotating weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $33.85–$47.02 per hour, based on experience.
• Shift differential: Additional $4.75 per hour, as provided in the job details.
