We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality, patient-centered care in a medical-surgical unit. The ideal candidate will assess patients, administer medications, monitor recovery, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and review test results.
• Educate patients and families about medications and treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Previous acute-care hospital experience required.
• Recent LTAC experience alone will not meet the requirement.
• Active Florida RN license or eligible compact RN license. Compact license holders must obtain an active Florida RN license within 90 days of hire.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work nights and rotating weekends.
• On-site work is required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $30–$42 per hour, based on experience.
• Night differential: Additional $4.75 per hour.
• Weekend differential: Additional $3 per hour.
• Relocation assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
