Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that align with the clients’ goals.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously to comply with California’s mental health regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all written communications.

• Engage in regular case meetings and clinical supervision to enhance treatment outcomes and professional growth, sharing insights and receiving feedback on complex cases.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, schools, and community resources to support clients’ holistic needs and foster their recovery.

• Participate actively in the ongoing development of therapeutic programs and materials to address evolving community needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges, couples navigating relationship issues, and families dealing with systemic dynamics. Our clientele ranges widely in age and background, requiring a culturally sensitive approach that recognizes and respects the impact of factors such as race, gender, culture, and socioeconomic status on mental health and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the State of California, in good standing.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
