Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities:

• Document treatment plans rigorously, ensuring compliance with Medical Records policies and providing timely updates on patient status.

• Participate in disposition planning and advocate for patients' best interests within clinical settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily serve adult and geriatric populations, with the potential to expand services to children and adolescents as needs arise. You'll be tasked with creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their issues and develop coping strategies, thus improving their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of California.
