Residential Construction Project Manager

Location: Miramar, FL (On-site with travel to multiple project sites)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of residential construction projects—from planning and design through execution and close-out. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in residential construction project management, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential construction projects across multiple phases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and oversee the work of architects, engineers, and general contractors
• Ensure strict adherence to Florida Building Code and all applicable regulations
• Manage project procurement including bids, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor negotiations
• Review and approve project billing, budgets, and cost tracking
• Maintain project schedules, workflows, and reporting to ensure successful delivery
• Conduct regular site visits and provide leadership across multiple active job sites
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to drive project progress
• Ensure quality control and compliance throughout all construction phases

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management with a strong focus on residential construction
• Proven experience with:
  • Site development and design coordination
  • Procurement, bidding, and contract negotiation
  • Managing multiple residential construction projects concurrently
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Florida General Contractor (GC) License required or ability to obtain within 18 months
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, compliance, and project execution

• This role requires regular travel to various residential construction sites (vehicle allowance or mileage provided)
• Flexibility to support project needs, including occasional extended hours if required
