Sr. Site Manager

Ricoh is seeking a customer-focused Sr. Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a dynamic client location supporting a variety of business services, including mail services, scanning/imaging, production print, hospitality, and reception operations. In this role, you will lead a team of six employees, ensure exceptional service delivery, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Position Overview Manage and develop a team of onsite service professionals Oversee day-to-day operations across mail, print, imaging, hospitality, and reception services Build strong client partnerships and conduct regular business review meetings Manage staffing, training, coaching, performance reviews, and employee development Monitor service levels, identify process improvements, and implement operational best practices Maintain reporting, documentation, and operational reviews Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction Required Experience High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years of experience in customer-facing business operations, facilities, workplace services, print/mail, or a related field 2+ years of leadership or people-management experience preferred Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement solutions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform occasional physical tasks associated with mail and workplace services operations Preferred Experience Managing an onsite business services, mailroom, print center, or facilities services operation Experience leading teams in a corporate or B2B client environment Knowledge of service-level management, workflow improvement, and operational reporting Benefits Choose from a broad selection of medical, dental, life, and disability insurance options.
