About the job Nurse Practitioner / Clinic Director – Immediate Opening GameDay Men’s Health – Overland Park, KS Pay: $55.00–$60.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM NO NIGHTS | NO WEEKENDS Full-Time | Immediate Opening What You’ll Do As our Nurse Practitioner, you will be a key clinical leader within the practice, working closely with our Medical Assistant, administrative team, and Medical Director. Responsibilities include: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving testosterone replacement therapy Develop and manage individualized patient treatment plans Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate Provide ongoing patient education and continuity of care Evaluate and treat patients for erectile dysfunction Provide or oversee treatments including Trimix, shockwave therapy, and PRP/P-Shot procedures Administer intramuscular and PRP injections Conduct comprehensive patient consultations Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Work collaboratively with the clinic team to deliver an exceptional patient experience Help maintain patient census and clinic growth goals Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and professional requirements Provide clinical leadership and help create a positive, accountable team environment Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred Active DEA registration or ability to obtain DEA registration Active Controlled Substance Registration as required Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, primary care, or a related field is preferred TRT and erectile dysfunction treatment experience is a major plus Strong communication and patient education skills Confident, professional, and team-oriented Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a Medical Director and clinic team Desire to grow professionally and become an important part of a growing practice Compensation & Benefits $55.00–$60.00 per hour Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM NO NIGHTS NO WEEKEND Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance contribution available DEA registration paid 100% by the company State licensing paid 100% by the company Medical malpractice insurance paid 100% by the company Consistent outpatient schedule Opportunity for continued professional growth and increased leadership responsibility Why GameDay Men’s Health?
